Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk (tea)
- 1/3 cup oil (tea).
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- Oil and wheat flour for greasing and flouring
Filling
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 leek stalk, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 2 cups grated mozzarella
- 200 g of sliced smoked loin
- Oregano to taste
Preparation method:
- Blend the eggs, milk, oil and half the flour in a blender for 1 minute.
- Pour into a bowl, mix the remaining flour and yeast with a spoon.
- Pour the mixture into a greased and floured 28cm springform pan with removable rim and bake in a preheated medium oven for 5 minutes or until firm, without browning.
- In a pan, over medium heat, melt the butter and fry the leeks for 3 minutes. Book.
- Distribute the sauce, mozzarella, fillet and leek set aside over the pasta.
- Sprinkle with oregano and place in a preheated medium oven for 25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Unmold and serve.

- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup warm milk (approximately)
- 1 tablet of fresh organic yeast (15g)
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- Oil and wheat flour for greasing
Coverage
- 4 tablespoons of ready-made tomato sauce
- 1 cup grated mozzarella
- 2 slices pepperoni, sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 8 green olives
- Oregano to taste
Preparation method:
- Blend the egg, olive oil, sugar, salt, milk and yeast in a blender until smooth.
- Add the flour and beat for another 1 minute. If necessary, add more milk.
- Pour into a buttered and floured 30cm diameter cake tin.

Filling
- 5 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 cup grated mozzarella
- 2 sliced hard boiled eggs
- 10 black olives with stones
- Oregano to taste
Preparation method:
- Place the egg, oil, sugar, salt, milk and yeast in a blender.
- Beat until smooth, add the flour and beat until smooth. If necessary, add more milk.
- Turn off the heat, pour into a large round baking pan, greased and floured, and cover with cling film.
