Smoothie cake recipe, gluten-free, easy to make, with a soft and tasty dough, prepared in an airfryer

cup = 240 ml, spoon = 15 ml, teaspoon = 10 ml, teaspoon = 5 ml
Ingredients for the wheat-free cake:
– 2 units of eggs
– 1 cup(s) of milk
– 2 cups gluten-free oatmeal
– 6 tablespoons of oil + a little to grease the molds
– 2 teaspoons of chemical yeast B
– salt to taste
Ingredients TO FINISH – EGG WASH:
– 2 units of eggs (yolks only)
– 1 tablespoon(s) of water
PREPARATION:
- Separate the recipe ingredients and utensils.
- Grease 6 cm diameter and 3 cm high tart molds with a drizzle of oil.
- Prepare your favorite filling (chicken, meat, hearts of palm or other) and let it cool.
- Preheat the Airfryer to 160°C.
PREPARATION:
Cake without wheat – preparation of the dough:
- Place the egg(s), milk, oil and salt in a blender. Whisk to mix well.
- Add the gluten-free oat flour little at a time, pulsing after each addition to mix and make the mixture smooth.
- Finally add the yeast and mix gently, without beating.
- Pour a layer of dough onto the bottom of the greased molds.
- Pour the filling of your choice into the molds, distributing it evenly.
- Cover the filling with the rest of the dough.
Wheat-free cake in the Airfryer – preparation in the Airfryer:
- Place the molds in the Airfryer basket, leaving space between them to allow air to circulate. If necessary, break it into stages based on the capacity of your equipment.
- Insert the basket into the Airfryer drawer preheated to 160°C and bake for 5 minutes or until the surface of the dough is slightly compact.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the water to brush.
- Open the airfryer and brush the tarts with the egg yolk diluted in water.
- Increase the temperature to 180ºC.
- Close the drawer and cook for another 10 minutes or until the tarts are well cooked inside and golden on the outside. This time may vary depending on the power of the Airfryer.
- Once golden and cooked, remove the drawer and turn off the appliance.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- Serve the wheat-free cake(s) in the fryer, preferably still warm.
