Aveioca ingredients – Crapioca de Ovena
– 2 units (s) eggs, large
-4 tablespoons (s) of gluten -free oatmeal (or gluten -free oat bran)
– Salt To Taste – PiTTT
Ingredients to gain weight:
– olive oil to taste (or tasteless coconut oil)
Pre-repair:
- Separate all the ingredients and tools. The recipe produces 2 birds every 02 portions (1 aveioca per person) ..
- For a more fluid plot: use oat flour or process oat bran to obtain a thinner dough if you prefer.
PREPARATION:
Aveoca, Crepioca de Oats:
- Open the eggs in a bowl and use the wire scout or a fork to beat.
- Then add the gluten -free oatmeal, mixing or beats slightly until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Add a pinch of salt and mix again.
- Heat the non-stick pan over medium-low heat and spread slightly with olive oil or coconut oil.
- Divide the mixture and put one portion at a time in the pan. Use the rear part of a spoon or a spatula to spread the dough, forming a thin and uniform disc.
- Keep the medium-low heat for uniform cooking.
- Cook each disc for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until lightly brown and easily release the pan.
- Remove Aveioca from the pan and place it directly on the dishes.
- Repeat until the end of the dough.
Finishing and assembly:
- Add the fillings of your choice, such as cheese, ricotta or sweet options such as honey and fruit.
- If necessary, heat the filling previously before inserting it in yours Aveioca.
- It bends each aveoca half for a more compact filling or envelops a pancake type form.
- Serve immediately.
