Homemade bread filled with peppers and cheese

Ingredients:
- 2 fresh tablets of organic yeast (30g)
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 cup of hot milk
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 5 cups of wheat flour (approximately)
- Oil and wheat flour to fat and flour

Filling
- 1 sliced peppers sausage rubber
- 1 chopped seeds without chopped tomatoes
- Oregano to taste
- 1 cup of Cagliata Catupiry®
- 1 cup of grated mozzarella
Preparation:

- Add onion, tomato and brown for 5 minutes, stirring.
- Remove from the fire and season with Oregano. Leave to cool, mix the curd and set aside.
- For the dough, in a bowl, mix the yeast with the sugar until it is completely dissolved.
- Add milk, oil, eggs, salt and mix.
- Add the flour gradually and mix with your hands until the dough is stopped.
- If necessary, add more flour.
- Sove for 5 minutes and roll the dough with the help of a roll on a floured surface that forms a rectangle.
- Distribute the reserved filling and sprinkle with mozzarella.
- Fold the sides in the center, wrapping like a roll.
- Transfer to a large, fat and floured pan, cover with a cloth and leave to rest for 1 hour.
- Brush with the yolk and cook, preheated, for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove, heat and then serve your homemade bread.
