  • 1/2 cup (tea) of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

Method of preparation

Blend the mixture of pasta, milk, egg yolks, yogurt and oil in a blender until the mixture is smooth. Beat the egg whites and gently incorporate them into the dough. Grease and flour an average rectangular shape of 35 x 25 cm and pour the dough. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until a toothpick stuck in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool and unmold. Place all ingredients for the filling, except the food coloring and strawberries, in the mixer and beat for 15 minutes or until light and airy.

Add the food coloring a little at a time until you get a light red color. Blend to mix well. Reserve half to cover. Chop the strawberries and add them to the remaining cream. Cut the cake in half, spread the filling, cover with the other layer of cake and spread the smooth cream. Cut the cake into squares, decorate with whole strawberries and wrap one by one in aluminum foil. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Method of preparation

In a bowl put the yeast, salt, sugar and mix until it forms a liquid. Add the oil, water and flour, a little at a time, until it comes off your hands. If necessary, add more flour. Knead the dough well, divide it into 2 parts, let it rest for 15 minutes or until it doubles in volume. Open the dough, help yourself with a rolling pin, put it in a mold and prick it with a fork and take it to the oven, preheated, for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, mix it with the cream and cognac or rum. Spread over the pizzas and bake in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven, distribute the strawberries cut in half, decorate with chocolate flakes, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.

Add the chopped walnuts to the mixture and place them in a greased and floured 30 cm x 22 cm pan lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until inserted a toothpick comes out clean. The brownie will rise and then wilt. Unmold and cut into squares.   • 3 and 1/4 cups (tea) of water
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin
  • 1 tablespoon of cognac
  • 1/2 cup of concentrated passion fruit juice
  • 1/4 cup sweetener (tea).

Chantilly

  • 1/2 cup fresh cream (chilled)

Method of preparation

In a pan, bring 3 cups (tea) of water and the mint leaves over medium heat. Leave on the fire for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, filter and store. Dissolve the gelatine in the rest of the water and let it rest for 5 minutes. Bring to a boil in a water bath, stirring constantly, until the gelatin has dissolved. Transfer to a pitcher, add the brandy, mint tea, passion fruit juice and sweetener. Mix until homogenized and distribute in 4 molds. Allow to cool to room temperature and refrigerate for 3 hours or until solidified. To make the whipped cream, in a planetary mixer at high speed, whip the cold fresh cream and the icing sugar until stiff. Turn out the jelly into individual plates, serve with whipped cream and garnish with mint.
