Ciabatta sausage

Time: 2h (+1h rest)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of water
  • 15 g of fresh organic yeast
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 kg of wheat flour
  • Flour wheat flour

Filling:

  • 200 g of sausage without sausage
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 large chopped onion

Preparation:

  1. Beat the first ingredients of the dough in a blender until smooth and put in a bowl.

  3. Pour in a floured pan and sprinkle the bread with flour. Cover and leave to rest for 1 hour.
  4. Fry the sausage in the oil for 5 minutes, add the water and cook until it is dry and golden.
  5. Add the onion and brown for another 5 minutes. Leave to cool.
  6. Turn the pan on a floured surface and roll the dough with a roll.
  7. Distribute the filling and close like an envelope.
  8. Sprinkle the pan and bread with more flour and cook, preheated, for 20 minutes or up to cooking. Remove and serve.
