The recent clashes between Vitória Strada and the sisters Camilla AND Thamiris Maia has become a reason for concern and judgments of the public of BBB 25. Fights, cries and heated accusations have marked the last hours in the confinement of Globo.

According to the expert, the debate on non -violent communication (CNV) in interpersonal relationships is important, especially in a world with transformations of behavior. “Cnv teaches us to replace judgments and accusations with authentic expressions of what we feel and we need. When we communicate in this way, we can avoid climbing on conflicts and promote healthier connections.”explains.

Created by the psychologist Marshall Rosenberg, non -violent communication is an approach that proposes a more empathic and respectful dialogue, focused on active listening and on the clear expression of feelings and needs.

“When someone feels attacked, the tendency is to react defensively, increasing the level of discussion. CNV proposes the opposite: instead of screaming or offending, we should try to express what we feel without aggression, clarify what we expect from the other.”Recommend to the psychologist on Vitória, Camila and Thamires.

According to Débora Queiroz, the way we face conflicts is directly connected to our personality, emotional education and emotional regulation. In the confinement environment of the BBB, the deprivation of privacy, the pressure of the game and the need for cars -affirmation make the participants react impulsively without reflecting on the emotional consequences.

“Participants know they are assisted and often believe they have to impose themselves in order not to seem weak. However, real strength is to maintain emotional control and know how to express itself without aggression.”It ends.
