“I ate caviar above the freeze -dried soy sauce that simply melted in the mouth. This soft oval was their version of an omelette full of a rich mixture of eggs, cheese and truffles,” he said.
“We also had chicken feet presented in a small cage, symbolizing the inhuman conditions of bird breeding,” he added. Then he tasted a cerebral lamb mousse and, with dessert, a drop with pork and deer blood. “He had a slightly metallic taste,” he said.
Chef Rasmus Munk, visionary behind Alchemist, received the best of the world in the prestigious prizes of the best chefs in November 2024. The professional not only manages the restaurant, but serves a menu that transcends the kitchen, transforming every meal into a theatrical show.
