Ingredients:

  • 350 g of sliced ​​mozzarella
  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan

Sauce:

  • 5 tablespoons of butter
  • 1/2 cup (tea) green green
  • 4 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 5 cups of milk
  • Salt and grated nut to taste
  • 1 box of sour bread (200g)

Preparation:

  1. For the sauce, heat a pan with the butter, over medium heat and brown the prawns for 2 minutes.

  3. Add the milk, mixing gradually until it thickens.
