– 200 g of boneless chicken breast, raw, leather without cubes

Pre-repair:

Fit and fill the pastels with chicken paste:
- Grease a shape or more forms of non -oil oil (or use (i) aligned with butter paper and fattened with oil)
- Model the pastels on film paper, opening 10 cm diameter discs with a thickness of 0.5 cm each.
- Put 12.5 g of padding on each disc, distributing well (this amount corresponds to about 1 slice or 1 ½ tablespoons per unit.
- Close like sweets, press and thin the edges.
- Place on the prepared pan: it is not necessary to involve desserts with plastic casing.
- Cover and take to freeze until it is stopped (at least 1 hour).
