Ingredients of the Porridge of Tapioca with Banana di Terra
– 2 cups of milk, a little more if necessary
– 1 piece (S) Cinnamon in Rama about 4 cm THE
– 2 units / I India Clemra THE
– Go up to taste (pinch).
– 1 tablespoon (i) of sugar
-1/2 units (s) ripe but stopped, cut cubes (see pre-preparation)
– 1/3 cup (s) (tea) of granulated tapioca (for a more constant porridge it can be considered ½ cup of tea every 2 portions)
– Dry grated coconut to taste (optional)

– Cinnamon powder to taste (optional)

– Limone to taste, chips. (optional)
Pre-repair:
- Separate the tools and ingredients from the recipe. Make sure you want a more liquid or more coherent porridge and separate the amount of tapioca according to your preference (see ingredients).
- Start by putting the milk over low heat, together with the branch cinnamon, the black points of India, the sugar and the pinch of salt.
- While the milk heats up, the banana peels from the earth and cut into cubes, not too small in order not to crumble the banana.
PREPARATION:
- Once the milk warms up and boils, add the banana of the earth to the cubes and the crowded tapioca, reduce the heat and cook, mixing, until the tapioca is translucent and cooked.
- If necessary, to give the point, add a little more milk.
- Add the grated dry coconut (optional) and mix.
- Turn off the heat, discard the cinnamon in Rama and the black points of India.
Finishing and assembly:
- Distribute the porridge tapioca with land banana in bowls or individual dishes.
- It ends with cinnamon powder or with orange or lemon zest (optional).
