A lot of bread cake with lemon
Time: 40 minutes
Performance: 8 portions
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 1 and 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of lemon peel scratches
- Margarine to gain weight
- Lemon peel scratches to sprinkle
Cover:
- 2 cups of icing sugar
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
Preparation:
- Assigns an average rectangular shape with anointed butter paper.
- Beat the eggs in the mixer for 8 minutes or until they doubled in volume.
- Add the sifted sugar and flour, the lemon zest and gently mix with a spoon.
