Mushroom pancake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • 1 and 1/4 cup of milk
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • Margarine to gain weight
  • 1/2 cup of Parmesan to be sprinkled

Filling:

  • 2 tablespoons of margarine
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 2/3 cup (tea) of maintenance blades

Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour

Preparation:

  1. Beat all the ingredients of the dough in a blender and set aside in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
  2. Melt the margarine and brown the onion until it is passionate. Then add the mushroom and ham and brown for another 5 minutes
  3. Remove from the heat, add the parsley, salt and pepper to taste and set aside. Shortly thereafter, melt the butter in sauce and add the flour
