Olga Tarastova, candidate for medical sciences and associate professor of the Department of Hospital Pediatrics No. 2 of the Maternity and Childhood Institute of the University of Pirogov of the Ministry of Health of Russia, indicates that the cherries can be consumed to prevent exacerbens, because it does not cause (in moderate quantities) and hypoallene. But there are those who have a sweet bay with caution: with diabetes, it should be limited to the use of only 150 g of cherries and with pancreatitis to abstain.

But it is important not only of how much, but also of the way the cherries are correct. It is recommended to be consumed separately from the main meal (30 minutes before or 1.5 hours later) to avoid unpleasant sensations in the abdomen – dyspeptic phenomena as well

You can introduce cherries into the diet of children per year (in the form of potatoes or halves peelled from the bone). In 1 to 2 years, you can eat 3 to 5 bays per day. At 3-5 years old – up to 100 g per day. Schoolchildren of the season can already receive 150-200 g of cherries per day.
