The Academy of Bread, which also works for orders, opens from 9:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 9:00 to 17:00 on Saturday. In a short time he graduated every day at the door of the plant, the entrepreneur literally deals with the preparation of the bread by putting his hands dirty. On Sundays the home of bread does not work.

Jamal, who underlines that your business although it is a bread selling is not a bakery, thinks of expanding the Accademia del Bread. He said he wants to increase the current space of the house to have a greater production capacity and also studies a franchise model. Currently, the average Broad Academy ticket is $ 65 per person.
