Banan ingredients

– 3 units (s) silver bananas, mature (or banana nanica)

Milanese oven ingredients:

– 1/4 of cups of wheat flour or sufficient.

– 1 unit / egg diluted in a little filtered or sufficient water.

– Salt to Taste (Pinch)

– 1/4 Spoon (S) (coffee)

– 1/2 cup (s) of breadcrumbs or enough for bread. (or panko flour) THE

– Oil to taste

Pre-repair:

  1. Separate all the ingredients and tools for the breaded banana recipe without frying.
  2. Peel bananas. They can also be cut in smaller dimensions, with two fingers each piece.
  3. Preheat the oven to 220oc.

PREPARATION:

Banana preparation in the breaded oven:

  1. In a bowl, place the flour, in another the beaten egg with a little salt and pepper (optional) and in another the breadcrumbs or panko mixed with the paprika.
  2. The bananas in the flour passes first, then in the beaten egg and then in the breadcrumbs or in the panko flour.
  3. Tighten well so that they are very breaded.
  4. Place in one or more greased sheets, without overlapping.
  5. Immerse a thread of corn oil in each, in a accused zig and in rapid movements.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven 220oc for 10 minutes. Open, turn the bananas and rotate the pan and continue for another 5-10 minutes until they are very golden.
  7. Remove, dry with absorbent paper.

Finishing and assembly:

  1. Serve the Banana and cooked bread As an accompaniment of fish, barbecue, feijoada and even as a snack.

Extra suggestions:

  1. Use mature bananas but firm for a crunchy result outside and soft inside.
