Is passion fruit juice good?

The fruit juice of the natural passion, made with fruit pulp, can bring health benefits, especially if consumed without sugar.

“However, there is a slight loss of nutrients sensitive to oxidation, such as vitamin C, during preparation and storage. However, juice is still a good source of bioactive compounds and its relaxing effect can be perceived, especially if consumed fresh”, says the expert.

However, avoid industrialized versions with sugar or preservatives, in these cases the benefits are reduced.
