Ingredients:

  • 6 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 slices of bread at dawn
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of cold water
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves to decorate (optional)

Preparation:
