The Bio Nutritionist -Ritmo Fulvia Hazarabedian underlines three important benefits from Coffee a Pre-training:

According to Hazarabedian, scientific studies show that coffee caffeine helps to run faster, pedaling longer by jumping higher, lifting more weight and is more effective than isolated caffeine in supplements.
