A fast and fun workout aimed at weight loss and mental health is the desire of most Brazilians when it comes to physical activity. This is what the national poll of the online training platform Queima Diaria revealed at the end of last year, which listened to 2,300 people across the country.

According to the data, 67% of respondents prefer short-term physical activities that can be done at any time. Another interesting fact is that 81% of Brazilians don’t see fitness as a priority. Meanwhile, 43% of people surveyed said they prefer light and enjoyable workouts without the burden of obligation.

The study also indicated that, for 65% of respondents, weight loss and appearance improvement results are the main reasons for exercising. However, 51% of people surveyed also highlighted the benefits that fitness life can provide for mental health. For them, the main reason for practicing the exercises is to seek a connection with themselves. Those classified as totally sedentary represent 36% of the interviewees.

  5. Then keep this intensity for another 5 minutes or even try to increase it a bit;
  6. Then progressively return to your normal typing rhythm for 5 minutes.
