Mini burgers
Time: 1 hour
Performance: 10 units
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- 500g minced flank steak
- 100 g of minced bacon
- 1 sachet of onion cream powder (68g)
- 1 grated onion
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 10 mini brioche loaves
- 10 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 red onion finely sliced
- 10 small slices of tomato
- 5 iceberg lettuce leaves torn
Preparation method:
In a bowl, mix the ribeye, bacon, onion cream, onion and egg until a smooth mixture forms. Divide into 10 portions, form balls and flatten them slightly, forming mini-burgers.
In a nonstick skillet, over high heat, heat the olive oil and fry the burgers for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove and reserve.
Open the brioches in half lengthwise, arrange 1 hamburger, a slice of cheddar cheese, a slice of onion, a slice of tomato and a portion of lettuce on each bun. Insert a toothpick to secure it and then serve it.
French fries with cheddar, bacon and parmesan

- 1 cup creamy cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped fried bacon
- Grated parmesan to taste
- Frying oil
Preparation method:
Peel and cut the potato into sticks. Cook in boiling water for 3 minutes over medium heat. Drain, leave to cool and place in the freezer for 4 hours. Heat a pan with oil over medium heat and fry the potatoes, little at a time, until golden.
Drain on absorbent paper. Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle with salt and spread the cheddar, bacon and parmesan over the top. Place in high, preheated oven for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
Colorful popcorn on a stick

- 16 tablespoons of oil
- 16 tablespoons of water
- 2 cups sugar (tea)
- 1 tablespoon liquid food coloring in pink, green, yellow and blue
- 16 tablespoons of popcorn
Preparation method:
In a large, thick pan, add 4 tablespoons oil, water, and 1/2 cup sugar. Let a thick syrup form and add the pink coloring, shaking the pan slightly. Pour in 4 tablespoons of corn and cover. Shake the pan until all the kernels have popped, being careful not to burn them.
Leave it to cool on a baking tray and form balls with your hands. Insert a barbecue stick into the center. Then wrap it in cellophane and decorate it with a bow. Repeat the recipe with dye in green, yellow and blue.
Colorful cheese bread

- 3 cups sweet cassava starch
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil (tea).
- 1 cup warm milk

- 1/2 chopped and cooked beetroot
- 1 cup and 1/2 cup (tea) acidic tapioca starch
- 1 1/2 (tea) cups shredded standard Minas cheese (half-aged)
Preparation method:
Blend the sweet cassava starch, eggs, oil, milk, salt and yeast in a blender. Divide into three parts. Put part of it back in the blender, beat it with the carrot and transfer it to a bowl. Proceed in the same way with the spinach and beets, separating the masses by color. Divide the amount of tapioca starch and cheese between the three colors, mix and form balls. Place in a mold and bake in a preheated medium oven for 20 minutes without browning.
Hot dog on the plate

Ingredients:
- 800 g of boiled and mashed potatoes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup milk (tea)
- 1/2 cup cream (tea).
- Salt to taste
- Greasing oil
- Mozzarella for sprinkling
Filling:
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon spicy paprika
- 500 g boiled sausage, cut into slices
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup (tea) tomato sauce
- 4 tablespoons of mustard
- Salt to taste
Preparation method:
For the filling, heat a pan with olive oil over medium heat and fry the onion and paprika for 3 minutes. Add the sausage, tomato, sauce, mustard, salt and brown for 3 minutes. Turn off and set aside.
For the puree, heat all the ingredients over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Place the sausage in a greased baking dish and spread the filling. Put the puree on top. Sprinkle with mozzarella and bake in a preheated medium oven for 15 minutes. Remove and serve immediately.
Chicken leg with potato mixture
Time: 2 hours
Performance: 40 units
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- 4 cups (tea) of water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 2 cups boiled and squeezed potatoes
- 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- Oil for greasing and frying
- 3 eggs beaten for breading
- Breadcrumbs for breading
Filling:
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 seedless tomatoes chopped
- 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley to taste
- 1 cup cream cheese (creamy ricotta)
Preparation method:
For the dough, heat the water, butter, chicken broth and potatoes in a pan over low heat. As soon as it boils, add the flour all at once and mix until a smooth dough forms and no longer sticks to the bottom of the pan. Place on a greased surface and let cool.
For the filling, in a pan, heat the oil over medium heat and brown the onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Add the tomato, chicken, paprika and sauté for 3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and parsley and leave to cool.
Take small portions of pasta, add a little filling, a little cream cheese and close by forming sticks. Dip them in the beaten eggs and breadcrumbs and fry them, little by little, in hot oil until golden. Drain on absorbent paper and serve.
