As scientists have found out, the autumn blues are not our fault, it is our misfortune: due to the fact that there is less sunlight, the level of serotonin and melatonin drops, and therefore hello, disgusting mood, anxiety and insomnia!
We urge you not to tolerate this circadian chaos and announce a competition for the best life hack that will transform autumn from a disgusting time of year to an acceptable, if not excellent, time. Tell us what you do: do you light scented candles in the evening? Do you make cocoa? Are you walking in the park? Do you read under a blanket?
We will present a prize to the author of the best advice – a set of cosmetic products based on wild Siberian herbs from Siberia Wellness, so large that it fits only in two bags. Here’s what you need to do to get it:
- Register on the site (it’s very simple – you can just log in with one click via VK, Telegram, Mail.ru or Yandex).
- Until October 19 inclusive, create a post on the Women’s Council: share your favorite way to make an autumn day pleasant.
- Wait until Monday, October 20 – on that day we will choose the winner (including the number of views, likes and comments of the post).
- Check your email: the author of the best hack will receive a letter in the mailbox specified in your profile, in which we will tell you how to receive the prize. Also on Monday we will definitely publish the list of winners of the competition at the Women’s Council.
