Becquer Fragrances Lab launches Eau de Parfum, a new olfactory experience for niche perfumery in Brazil

Brazilian niche perfumery gains a new chapter with the launch of Perfume water from the Becquer Fragrance Laboratory. Born to democratize high perfumery and make it more practical for everyday life, the line focuses on signature fragrances created based on concepts such as a city scene, a song, a personal memory.



The launch represents a natural evolution in the brand’s portfolio, which already included the Roll-on Extrait de Parfum – collectible and practical – and the Home Creations line, characterized by natural candles made from organic coconut wax and essential oils, as well as diffusers and other creations for the home.

Fragrances

The process of creating Becquer fragrances is private and authorial. The brand has collaborated both with IFF, one of the largest perfumery houses in the world, and with Brazilian essence houses, curating mixtures of aromas and accords.

There are 14 shareable fragrances, some that reference cities, such as Paulist Chaos, Night river, Buenos Aires, New York AND Good morning Parisothers in music, like Eastern endinspired by West End Girls, by Pet Shop Boys. There are also fruity ones with a touch of cherry, with tobacco, the surprising ones White Roses and Pepper, and perfumes from the gourmand family – which introduce vanilla in an unusual and irreverent way Not vanilla, Vanilla sugar AND Tobacco+Vanilla.

“In case of Paulist Chaosfor example, we use different key chords. In collections like the Cherries OR Vanillaswe developed directly in collaboration with IFF, without re-mixing, maintaining the purity of the creation,” he says Fernando Skiarskifounder of Becquer Fragrances Lab.

In addition to the Eau de Parfum, the brand also offers Roll On Perfumes, designed for those who prefer the convenience of carrying their favorite fragrance with them, reinforcing Becquer’s commitment to offering different ways of experiencing niche perfumery on a daily basis.




Experience and sustainability

The new Eau de Parfum (R$774) is now available in Becquer stores in Pinheiros, Vila Madalena and Moema, in the capital of SĂŁo Paulo, which reflect the cosmopolitan and cool spirit of the brand. There the customer comes into contact with the entire fragrance portfolio, from perfumes to the Home Creations line.

“More than a perfume, we want to convey an atmosphere. The aroma is not just a detail: it is the memory that remains, it is the silent way of affirming the presence. This is why we say that the experience comes before the purchase: when someone enters a Becquer store, they are already experiencing what they will take home. We want each fragrance to be a gesture of identity, capable of transforming the routine into something memorable”, says Fernando.

Becquer uses glass packaging and, when this is not possible, opts for PET, a recyclable plastic material. The brand also has a program zero waste in shops: products with any aesthetic defects are placed on a special shelf and sold at a reduced price, avoiding waste. Additionally, Stone Candle premium candles have a refill program.
