Baked rice with creamy chicken

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup tea green corn
  • 1/2 cup pea tea
  • 1/2 onion peeled and chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 150 g of grated mozzarella
  • 50 g of grated parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation method

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and brown them. Add the chicken cut into pieces and brown for 4 minutes. Add the corn and peas and season with salt and black pepper. Finally, add the parsley, rice, ricotta and cream and mix until you obtain a smooth consistency. Turn off the heat, transfer to a refractory dish and cover with the cheeses. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C until the cheese has melted. Serve then.

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 300 g of minced meat
  • 1/2 onion peeled and chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 100 g of chopped ham
  • 150 g of grated mozzarella
  • Salt, ground black pepper and olive oil to taste

Preparation method

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and brown them. Add the minced meat and brown it until it loses its reddish color. Add the tomato sauce, salt and black pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Finally add the rice, ham and half the mozzarella and mix. Turn off the heat, transfer to a refractory dish and cover with the remaining mozzarella. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C until the cheese has melted. Serve immediately.

  • 170 g of drained tuna
  • 395 g of green corn
  • 1/2 cup chopped olives
  • 1/2 cup tea milk cream
  • 100 g of grated mozzarella

Preparation method

In a container mix the rice, tuna, corn and olives. Add the cream and stir to combine. Transfer the mixture onto a refractory surface and cover with the mozzarella. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. Serve then.
