  • 600 g of boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh cream
  • 300 g of grated mozzarella
  • 300 g of grated Gruyere cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method of preparation

Sieve the potato, add the butter, milk and cream and bring to low heat, stirring well until incorporated and boiling.

Add the cheeses little by little, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth and elastic. Turn off, season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
