A different way of making traditional pasta

Pasta is a great alternative for those looking for a dish that yields a lot, whether for a lunch with many guests or to serve as a meal for a few weeks.
This recipe from the personal organizer Juçara Monaco It is practical and different, because it brings the pasta to the oven! Watch:

Ingredients:
- 2 ham sausages
- 500 g of minced meat
- 1 pack of rigatone (or other pasta of your choice)
- 1 glass of tomato sauce (approx. 600 ml)
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup of grated mozzarella
- 50 g of grated Parmesan cheese
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Salt and parsley to taste

Method of preparation:
- In a pan, heat the oil and fry the chopped onion and garlic;
- Add the open ham sausages (without the casing) and let them dry a little;
- Add the minced meat and brown until completely fried, avoiding mixing too much so as not to make it hard;
- Season with salt, parsley and black pepper;
- Add the tomato sauce and boil for 3 minutes, over low heat and in a covered pan;
- Cook the pasta al dente.
- On a platter, make layers of cooked pasta and Bolognese sauce.
- Complete with the mozzarella and parmesan.
- Bake at 220º until golden brown.
