Bolognese pasta recipe

Pasta is a great alternative for those looking for a dish that yields a lot, whether for a lunch with many guests or to serve as a meal for a few weeks.

This recipe from the personal organizer Juçara Monaco It is practical and different, because it brings the pasta to the oven! Watch:

Ingredients:

  • 2 ham sausages
  • 500 g of minced meat
  • 1 pack of rigatone (or other pasta of your choice)
  • 1 glass of tomato sauce (approx. 600 ml)
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup of grated mozzarella
  • 50 g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and parsley to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. In a pan, heat the oil and fry the chopped onion and garlic;
  2. Add the open ham sausages (without the casing) and let them dry a little;
  3. Add the minced meat and brown until completely fried, avoiding mixing too much so as not to make it hard;
  4. Season with salt, parsley and black pepper;
  5. Add the tomato sauce and boil for 3 minutes, over low heat and in a covered pan;
  6. Cook the pasta al dente.
  7. On a platter, make layers of cooked pasta and Bolognese sauce.
  8. Complete with the mozzarella and parmesan.
  9. Bake at 220º until golden brown.
