  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • 1 cup of cornmeal tea
  • 1 cup of tea milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 500 g of sausage
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Ground pepper to taste
  • Fry oil

Method of preparation

Put the milk, egg, wheat flour and corn flour in a container and mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Season with salt and pepper. Finally add the yeast and mix well. Reserve. Wash the sausages under running water, cut them in half and put an ice cream or a barbecue stick in each one. Reserve.

In a pan, add the oil and heat over medium heat. After, move on the sausages set aside in the dough and put it in the boiling oil for frying. Fry for 3 minutes and place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil. Repeat the process with all the sausages and then serve.

Tip: serve with fries, ketchup and mustard.

  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Filling

  • 500 g of chopped sausage
  • 250 g of canned peas
  • 250 g of canned corn
  • 340 g of Tomato sauce
  • Salt and ground pepper to taste
  • Hot water
  • butter for greasing
  • Wheat flour for flour

Method of preparation

Put the eggs, oil and milk in the blender and beat until incorporated. Add the salt and cornstarch and beat again to mix. With the blender on, gradually add the wheat flour and baking powder and beat until smooth. Reserve.

Assembly
