Ingredients for vanilla yogurt

  • 1 jar of natural yogurt (170 g)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

Method of preparation

Dissolve the powdered milk and sugar in a little milk, put with the rest of the milk in a milk jug and put on low heat. As soon as it boils, turn off the heat and let the milk cool. Add the yogurt and vanilla gently with a wooden spoon. Pour into a ceramic, plastic, glass or agate bowl and cover with cling film.
