Did you know that Arruda is a very old plant that has been with healers for many, many years? Once, in Catholic masses, it was with a branch of Arruda that holy water was thrown to the faithful.
Tips for using Arruda
Did you know that in the countryside it is common to plant Arruda around the house to scare off snakes? This plant is also widely used to relieve headaches – just put the leaves on your forehead and leave it for a while to relieve the pain.
For varicose veins and painful menstruation: take a good foot bath with this plant. Arruda is also great as an insect repellent, just smoke it.
