To enter the country, however, proof of vaccination or a negative result from a Covid-19 test is still required.
On Monday (19), the Spanish government announced changes to the health rules of entry for travelers from countries outside the European Union. For Brazilians arriving in the country by air or sea it will no longer be necessary to present the health check form, the so-called Spain Travel Health (SpTH).

The flexibility was published in the Official State Bulletin (BOE), where the Ministry of Health justifies that the end of the requirement is possible due to the high levels of vaccination of the Spanish population and the reduction of severe cases of Covid-19. The official press release also clarifies that the other health regulations adopted by the European Union remain in force in the country.
Therefore, to enter Spain it is still necessary for the traveler to be fully vaccinated and to have taken the last dose between 14 and 270 days before the trip. Unvaccinated people must have a negative result for an RT-PCR test performed within 75 hours of departure or an antigen test performed within 24 hours of departure. Those who have had Covid and are cured can enter the country even from the 11th day after the first positive PCR test – the laboratory result is valid up to 180 days after the sample date. The European Commission document standard can be checked at this link.
