Jabuticaba Jelly Ingredients:
- 1.3 kg of squeezed jabuticabas
- 1 kg of sugar
Method of preparation:
In a pan, place the squeezed jabuticabas over low heat, stirring occasionally, until boiling. Drain and pass them with a fine cloth. Discard the pomace and return the broth to the pan. Add the sugar and mix until completely dissolved.
In a skillet, bring to medium heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches the point of jelly. If necessary, remove the foam that forms during cooking with a slotted spoon. Remove from heat, let cool and store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
