Filet mignon in wine with potatoes



Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients for the wine filet mignon with potatoes:

  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 400 g of peeled and pre-cooked potato balls
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 800 g fillet mignon, cut into strips
  • 1/2 glass of dry red wine
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of water
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch

Method of preparation:

Put half the butter in a pan, add the potato balls, season with salt and fry until golden brown. Turn off and book. Next, heat a pan, over high heat, with the remaining butter, oil and fry the seasoned fillet with salt and pepper for 3 minutes or until golden brown.

Add the wine and cook for 2 minutes. Then add the water mixed with the cornstarch and cook until the sauce thickens. Season with salt, mix and transfer to a plate. Serve with the potato balls kept aside, garnished with parsley.

Panna cotta with wine syrup



Time: 40min (+ 4h in the fridge)

Performance: 10 servings

Ingredients for panna cotta with wine syrupOR:

  • 2 cups of fresh cream (fresh)
  • 1 cup (tea) of milk
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3 gems
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 1 sachet of unflavored powdered gelatin
  • margarine to grease

Syrup:

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
  • 1 glass of dry red wine
  • 1 pack of frozen red fruit pulp

Method of preparation:

For the syrup, heat all the ingredients over medium heat until a not too thick syrup is formed. Turn off and let cool. Place the fresh cream, milk, condensed milk, sugar and egg yolks in a saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Turn off, add the essence and gelatin prepared according to the instructions on the package and mix.

Divide into small, greased individual molds and refrigerate for 4 hours or until solidified. Then unmold, unmold, sprinkle with syrup and serve.

Roasted pears with wine syrup

Ingredients for the roasted pear with wine syrup:

  • 3 pears
  • butter for greasing
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

  • 1 glass of dry red wine

Method of preparation:

Cut the pears in half and remove the seeds. Put in a greased form and sprinkle with sugar and ground cinnamon. Add the red wine, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated medium oven for 20 minutes. Then take them out of the oven, transfer the pears to dessert plates and sprinkle them with the syrup that has formed in the mold. Serve immediately accompanied by ice cream decorated with mint leaves.

Meat spaghetti with wine

  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 400 g of beef rump, cut into thin strips
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 chilli, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 cube of beef broth
  • 1 glass of dry red wine
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of soy sauce
  • 1 cup (tea) of water
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 pack of cooked spaghetti (500 g)
  • Chives chopped for sprinkling

Method of preparation:

Heat a pan with oil and fry the meat, onion and pepper for 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms, beef stock, wine, soy sauce, water, salt and pepper and cook until slightly thickened. Then add the macaroni and mix well. Then transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with chives for serving.

Eggplant with special wine



Time: 50min (+ 10min rest)

Performance: 10 servings

Eggplant Ingredients for Special Wine:

  • 3 eggplants, cut into large slices
  • 4 cups (tea) of water
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of olive oil
  • 1/2 glass of dry red wine
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of parsley
  • 3 tablespoons of oregano
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese

Method of preparation:

With the cut aubergines, put them in a serving dish with water and salt to remove the bitterness. After 10 minutes, put the aubergines to drain and dry them with absorbent paper. Give a shape, take it to a medium oven, preheated, with a drizzle of olive oil for 10 minutes for the aubergines to dry. Then, remove from the oven, take a bowl and mix in the remaining oil, red wine, parsley, oregano, garlic and grated cheese. Then, distribute in the eggplant slices, shaped and take to a medium oven, preheated, for another 10 minutes. to serve.

Tiramisu with wine



Time: 1h (+ 3h in the fridge)

Performance: 6 servings

Tiramisu wine ingredients:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar (powdered sugar)
  • 3 gems
  • 300 g of fresh ricotta, mashed and sifted
  • 1 1/2 cups (tea) of ready-made coffee
  • 2 tablespoons of port wine
  • 1 cup of chocolate powder
  • 1 packet of champagne cookies (180 g)
  • White chocolate flakes to taste for garnish

Method of preparation:

In the planetary mixer, whip the icing sugar with the egg yolks until a whitish cream is obtained. Add the ricotta, beat for 2 minutes and set aside. Mix the coffee and wine and wet the biscuits. In a medium refractory, alternate layers of moistened biscuit, ricotta cream and chocolate powder, finishing with the ricotta cream. Decorate with chocolate chips and refrigerate for 3 hours.
