Black Eyed Bean Cream Ingredients:

  • 4 cups black-eyed peas (cooked with broth)
  • 3 cups of water (tea)
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 300 g of chicken breast, diced
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

modthe preparation:

In a blender, blend the beans with the water for 3 minutes. Reserve. In a skillet, over medium heat, heat the oil and sauté the onion, garlic and chicken until golden brown.
