Find out how to make delicious, different and extremely easy pasta in just a few steps
Did you know that pasta is a great option for those who live alone and don’t have the time or patience to cook? Just put the water and the pasta in a pan and that’s it! To celebrate the National Macaroni Day, on 25 October, the sommelier e the gastronome Helder Silveira put together some recipes that will make you give up on instant noodles. Watch!

Pasta with garlic and oil
ingredients
- 200 g of spaghetti spaghetti type
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 drizzle of oil
- Olive oil and salt to taste
- Parsley and chopped chives and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation
Put the water in a large pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add a pinch of salt and a drizzle of oil. Then put the noodles in the water and let them cook for 8 minutes. In a pan heat the oil, add the garlic, salt and pepper. Fry for 5 minutes, mixing well. Drain the cooked pasta. Next, mix it with the garlic and oil. Sprinkle with parsley and chives and serve immediately.
Tip: pasta with garlic and oil always works. It’s so easy to make and still delicious. Simple and easy.
tagliatelle with peppers
ingredients
- 200 g of pasta with vines
- 300 ml of boiling water
- 1 Calabrese cut into rings
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 300 g of sauce tomato
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt, ground pepper and oregano to taste
Method of preparation
In a large pan, add the oil and heat over low heat. Add garlic, onion and peppers and saute. Then add the tomato sauce, oregano, salt and pepper. Then add the noodles to the mixture. Add the boiling water, cover the pan and cook, stirring occasionally. After boiling, keep over low heat. Once the noodles are al dente is ready to be served.
Tip: This recipe is perfect for speeding up your day’s meals and still guaranteeing a full plate. It is very simple and delicious, as it combines a pasta with the accompaniment of a pepperoni sausage.

cheese pasta
ingredients
- 250 g of penne
- Boiling water
- 200 g of sour cream
- 1 tablespoon of cream cheese
- 120 g of cheese chopped mozzarella
- 1 teaspoon of ready-made seasoning (to taste)
- Grated Parmesan, salt and oregano to taste
Method of preparation
In a tall microwave-safe bowl, add the pasta and a pinch of salt. Cover with boiling water and mix well. Microwave for 3 minutes. Then add the cream, mozzarella, curd and seasoning. Mix well. On top, sprinkle with Parmesan and oregano. Cover with cling film and make holes, put back in the microwave for another 5 minutes. Remove the foil and serve.
Advice: you can serve it with chopped parsley on top.
The microwave is the companion for those who need a quick meal. For a change, you can add other cheeses such as gorgonzola or parmesan. When serving, a grated cheese can give a nice finish.
pasta with chicken
ingredients
- 200 g of pasta with vines
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 3 peeled tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons of soup of tomato sauce
- Chopped green chilli, salt and ground pepper to taste
- 1 kg of cooked and chopped chicken breast
- 1/2 cup of water
- 120 g of grated mozzarella
- Water to cook the pasta
white sauce
- 500 ml of milk
- 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Salt and ground pepper to taste
Method of preparation
Put the water in a large pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add a pinch of salt and the pasta. Cook until it is al dente. Drain the pasta, put it in an ovenproof dish and set aside. In a pan add the oil and heat over low heat. Add the garlic, onion, peeled tomatoes and tomato sauce. SautƩ well. So, put the green smell, add the chicken mince and mix well. Add the water, salt and pepper. Mix well, turn off the heat and set aside.
Sauce
In another pan put the butter and let it melt over low heat. Then add the wheat flour and brown over low heat, stirring constantly. Pour in the milk and mix well until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Add salt and pepper to the bechamel and mix.
Assembly
Pour the chicken mixture over the noodles and distribute it evenly. Pour over the béchamel and sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 15 minutes until the cheese is golden brown. Serve immediately.
Tip: this is almost a typical Sunday lunch dish. It can be much tastier with the chicken au gratin pasta recipe. It is practical and you can replace chicken with minced meat or vegetables. A little secret: serve with a well-dressed salad.
Does beer go well with pasta?
āWe have to consider the different types of sauces and possible fillings. When we look at the dough, it tends to be more neutral, combining very well with the malts found in beers,ā says Helder.
Beer and red sauce
Amber Lager, Brown Ale and Belgian Pale Ale. With gravy sauce, invest in Pale Ale or Golden Ale beers, as one has the strongest bitterness and the other has more citrus aromas and flavors.
white sauce
It goes well with Pilsner or Weizen type wheat. Light yellow in color, slightly cloudy, with abundant foam, it has intense aromas and flavors, highlighting fruity esters reminiscent of bananas, cloves and walnuts.
