Ingredients for the chicken Rocambole with 2 cheeses:

  • 1.5 kg of minced chicken breast

  • 1 egg

  • 200 g of bacon strips

Filling

Method of preparation:

Beat the bread in the blender until it is ground, add the onion, garlic, egg, salt and pepper and beat until smooth. In a bowl mix the ricotta, curd and season with salt, pepper and oregano and set aside. In a bowl, mix the chicken with the seasoning set aside and mash until smooth. Open a large rectangle with cling film and arrange the bacon strips side by side.

Spread the chicken mixture with a spatula of the same thickness and over the ricotta filling. Roll up like a roll with the help of the film. The bacon slices should be on the outside.
