With one soft dough and a creamy filling, this recipe will conquer even those who are not a big fan of desserts. That’s because the touch of fleur de sel among the ingredients will transform this sensational recipe into something never seen before! Check it out step by step:
Chocotone filled with caramel brigadeiro
Time: 1 hour
Performance: 8 portions
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar (crystalline)
- 1 cup fresh milk (tea)
- 1 teaspoon fleur de sel
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 chocolate bar (500g)
- 200 g of melted semi-sweet chocolate
- Drained walnuts and cherries in syrup to decorate
Method of preparation:
- First, put the sugar in a saucepan and bring to low heat until it forms a golden caramel.
- Then heat the fresh cream with the fleur de sel in another pan and carefully pour it into the caramel pan, stirring constantly.
- Then add the condensed milk, butter and cook for 5 minutes or until creamy, stirring constantly.
- Turn off and leave to cool.
- Then engrave a lid on the surface of the chocotone and with a spoon take part of the core, being careful not to puncture it.
- Fill with the caramel brigadeiro and cover with the lid removed.
- Cover with melted chocolate and decorate with nuts and cherries and refrigerate until ready to serve.
