Sunday is the day to do delicious things: sleep until you wake up, laze around, go for a walk or stay home for nothing, enjoy family time, watch a movie and even prepare a special dish to eat together.
But we’re not always willing to spend hours in the kitchen, are we?
That’s why we thought we’d offer you some easy options so that this lunch comes out fast, but is very tasty and everyone can enjoy the day. To look!
Pan-fried lasagna
Ingredients (4 portions)
1/2 onion finely chopped
1 minced garlic clove
1 drizzle of olive oil
300 g of minced meat
Salt and chopped parsley
2 cups tomato sauce (380 g)
500 g of pre-cooked lasagna (without cooking)
cottage cheese to taste
200 g of sliced mozzarella
200 g of sliced ham
grated mozzarella
Method of preparation
1. In a large skillet, saute the onion and garlic in the olive oil.
2. Add the minced meat and saute until tender.
3. Season with salt and parsley to taste and add the tomato sauce. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
4. Keep only half of the sauce in the pan and cover with the lasagna.
5. Spread cream cheese to taste and spread out half the slices of cheese and ham.
6. Repeat layers, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella, cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
pressure madness
With rice, white beans, sausage and bacon, just soak the beans for 8 hours. Delight!

Ingredients (6 portions)
200 g of white beans (soaked in water for 8 hours)
300 g of parboiled rice
4 fried thin sausages (200 g)
200 g of diced fried bacon
1 carrot, diced (200 g)
200 g green beans, cut diagonally into 2 cm pieces
2 minced garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of hot paprika
Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley to taste
2 tablets of beef broth dissolved in 600 ml of water
Method of preparation
1. Drain and place the beans in the pressure cooker with the other ingredients.
2. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes after it starts ringing.
3. Let the pressure release naturally and serve.
Fish with vegetables
With potatoes and carrots it is very easy and practical, as it is prepared under pressure.
Ingredients (4 portions)
2 large pieces of dogfish or hake cut into 4
Seasonings to taste (salt, oregano, ready seasoning, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pepper sauce)
4 medium sliced potatoes
2 onion rings
2 sliced carrots
1 cup of oil (200 ml)
Method of preparation
1. Season the fish to taste, without wetting it too much, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
2. In the pressure cooker, assemble about 3 layers of potatoes and onions (sprinkle salt and oregano over each layer).
3. Then mount like 2 layers of carrots and onions (also sprinkle with salt and oregano).
4. Drizzle with oil and arrange the fish pieces.
5. Cover, set over high heat and, when it starts to sizzle, cook for 5 minutes.
6. Wait for the pressure to release naturally and serve.
Chicken with polenta
A pot just to not make too much mess in the kitchen! Good right?
Ingredients (6 portions)
2 sliced onions
6 minced garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of oil
1.5 kg chicken wings seasoned with lemon, salt and black pepper
1 sachet of tomato puree (340 g)
500 g of cornmeal
1.5 liters of water
Chopped parsley and grated parmesan for dusting
Method of preparation
1. In the pressure cooker, saute the onion and garlic in the oil.
2. Add the wings, cover and cook for 10 minutes after pressing.
3. Release the pressure to open the pan and add the tomato sauce.
4. Cover and reheat for another 5 minutes after it starts to sizzle. Transfer to a platter and reserve.
5. In the same pot (without washing it) put the cornmeal diluted in the water and add salt to taste and stir until it starts to boil.
6. Cover and cook for 20 minutes after it starts ringing.
7. Pour the polenta into a refractory and cover with the chicken and the sauce.
8. Serve sprinkled with parsley and Parmesan to taste.
Mac and cheese in the microwave
Super handy, creamy and tasty macaroni and cheese to make quickly and satisfy your hunger!
Ingredients (2 portions)
3 cups of water tea (720 ml)
300 g of canned cream
1 tablet of crumbled chicken broth
salt and black pepper
250 g of fusilli (vine)
200 g of finely grated cheese
150 g of finely grated gruyere
Chopped chives to taste
Crispy turkey breast (optional)
6 slices of smoked turkey breast
Method of preparation
1. In a refractory, mix the water with the cream, the chicken stock, salt and pepper to taste and the pasta.
2. Cover with cling film and microwave on high power for 7 minutes.
3. Carefully remove the plastic wrap (so as not to burn yourself from the steam), mix and put back in the oven for another 7 minutes.
4. Add the cheeses, stirring until they melt, and serve sprinkled with ciboulette and accompanied, if desired, with the crispy turkey breast.
Crispy turkey breast
1. Arrange 3 slices of turkey breast in a refractory dish (microwave oven) lined with 3 sheets of absorbent paper.
2. Cover with 3 more sheets of paper, arrange the remaining turkey breast slices and cover with 3 more sheets.
3. Microwave on high power for 6 minutes. Unwrap the sheets and serve.

Moist cake
Microwaveable and gluten-free (you can offset this benefit by serving warm with ice cream). Unmissable!
Ingredients (6 portions)
2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
2 eggs
100g canned cream (use the rest for the topping)
1/2 cup sifted cocoa powder
5 tablespoons of sugar (100 g)
1/2 cup of almond flour
1/2 tablespoon of chemical yeast
Roof
100 g of canned cream
1 tablespoon of sugar
50 g of finely chopped dark chocolate
chocolate sprinkles or chopped to decorate
Method of preparation
1. In a square refractory (18cm x 7cm high), beat the butter well with the eggs.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, leaving the yeast for last, and mix well.
3. Cover with microwave lid and cook over high heat for 3-5 minutes or until solid (after 3 minutes, check minute by minute).
4. Pour the icing over the warm cake, decorate with sprinkles or divide, and serve with ice cream if desired.
Roof
In a refractory, mix ingredients and microwave on high power for 1 minute, stirring halfway through or until melted. Use.
