  • 1 cup mango (diced)
  • 1 cup peeled kiwi (diced)
  • 4 cups fresh pineapple (diced)
  • 2 cups of water (tea)

Method of preparation:

  1. Blend the strawberry with 1 tablespoon (soup) sugar and 1 tablespoon (soup) lemon juice in a blender until smooth.
  2. Fill the cubes in an ice tray with the mixture.
  3. Repeat the process with the mango and pour it into the ice cube tray.
  4. Then do the same with the kiwi.
  5. Place in the freezer for 2 hours or until solid.
  6. Blend the pineapple, water and the rest of the sugar in a blender.
