An example of this is a relationship that has come to an end, but the person is unable to enter another relationship. Depending on your level of self-importance, you are most likely to have a skewed perspective of yourself. And time passes and we build our day based on this limited view we have of ourselves.

Looking at the photographs, try to recognize their value points. You will definitely identify areas where you thought you weren’t so good at, but you can see that you were holding on to something unrealistic.

As you look at the pictures, you’ll realize that he was more handsome than you remembered, yet funny and smiling. Remembering how hard you had to work, but you did what was necessary and managed to achieve a certain goal.

Have you noticed the number of friends and loved ones who have crossed your path? Notice how many valuable experiences you have had and how much you can learn from them all.

If there’s a photograph that only carries a feeling of wear and tear, why keep it in your archive? It’s good to take the opportunity and make the necessary scraps.
