Method of preparation:
- Cook the cauliflower in boiling salted water for 4 minutes or until al dente.
- Immediately after, run to book.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat and brown the garlic.
- Add the onion and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper and oregano.
- Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until tomatoes are broken down.
- Stir in the cauliflower, cover and cook for 3 minutes.
- Distribute the cheese, cherry tomatoes and basil.
- Cover and cook for another 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Pudding with 2 ingredients

Ingredients:
- 1 and 1/2 cans of condensed milk
- 3 jars of whole natural yoghurt (510g)
Syrup
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar
- 1/2 cup (tea) of water
Method of preparation:
- For the syrup, take a pan over medium heat with the sugar and water, and cook until it forms a golden caramel.
- Immediately after that, turn it out and spread it into a hole in the center of 24 cm in diameter.
- Then, let it cool.
- In the blender, beat the condensed milk with the yogurt for 2 minutes.
- Filter and pour into the caramelised mould.
- Place in a preheated medium oven in a double boiler for 40 minutes or until set.
- Leave to cool and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Finally unmold and serve.
Small microwave cake

Weather: 30 minutes
Performance: 5 units

Ingredients:
- 1 jar of whey-free cream (300 g)
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 3 eggs
- 5 spoons of cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Butter and wheat flour for greasing
Filling
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate (melted)
- 4 tablespoons of sour cream
Method of preparation:
- For the filling, mix the melted chocolate with the cream until smooth and set aside.
- Grease and flour 5 ceramic cups with a capacity of 200 ml.
- Beat the cream, condensed milk, eggs, chocolate, butter and flour in a blender for 2 minutes or until smooth.
- Mix the yeast with a spoon and pour half of the dough into 5 ceramic cups with a capacity of 200 ml until it reaches 1/3 of the capacity.
- Next, take 1 tablespoon (soup) of the filling and cover with the remaining dough until it reaches 2/3 of the cups capacity.
- Microwave 1 cup at a time over medium heat for 3 minutes or until side and center are slightly soft.
- Finally, carefully remove and, if desired, serve with cream ice cream.
lazy lemon cream

Weather: 15min (+1h of fridge)
Performance: 10 units
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 cup lemon juice (lemon)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon zest
- 2 egg whites
- Lemon zest and meringues for decoration
Method of preparation:
- In a blender, beat the condensed milk, cream, lemon juice and zest until smooth and creamy.
- Immediately afterwards switch off and mix delicately with the egg whites.
- Divide among bowls and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Remove, decorate with lemon zest, sigh and serve.
