Ingredients:
- 1 jar of cream
- 100 g of melted white chocolate
- Oil for greasing
Syrup
- 1/2 cup (tea) brown sugar
- 1/3 cup (tea) water
Method of preparation:
- In a blender, beat the condensed milk, heavy cream, white chocolate, and melted gelatin according to package directions until smooth.
- Pour into a greased 20cm diameter mold with a hole in the center and refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.
- For the syrup, take a pan over medium heat with the sugar until it dissolves.
- Add the water, the butter and cook until a not very thick syrup is formed. Let cool.
- Develop the pudding, water with the syrup and serve.
