Performance: 20 portions

Ingredients:
- 20 ears of corn, grated
- 1 1/3 cups (tea) sugar
Method of preparation:
- Beat the corn and milk in the blender until smooth.
- Immediately after, pour it into a pan and bring to a simmer for 1 hour or until it thickens.
- Leave to cool and refrigerate for another 1 hour.
- Pass the mixture through a sieve and add the other ingredients.
- Finally, hit the blender again and serve well chilled.
