  1. Hydrate the unflavored gelatin in water and dissolve it in a water bath.

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of oil (tea)
  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar
  • Margarine and flour for greasing

Roof

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 6 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 jar of cream (without whey)
  • Lemon zest for garnish

Method of preparation:

  1. Put the flour and baking powder in a bowl, mix well and set aside.
  2. Beat the remaining ingredients in the blender and mix in the reserved flour and baking powder.
  3. Place in a buttered and floured 25cm round cake tin.
