The spotlights of Paris Fashion Week were on the Viktor & Rolf catwalk this Wednesday (25): the fun and unconventional tone of how the 2023 Haute Couture collection was presented went viral on social media.

THE Paris Haute Couture Week started busy: in addition to a controversial fashion show by Schiaparelli and the participation of Marina Ruy Barbosa how girlfriend of Giambattista Vallianother highlight of the early days of the fashion event was a presentation by Dutch fashion house Viktor & Rolf.

This Wednesday (25), the brand – which has a history of more provocative and humorous approaches to fashion – brought eighteen luxe paraded dresses to a well out of the traditional.

“Flowy dresses, evoking an abstract sense of surrealism, are tucked into structurally sculpted corsets,” the brand wrote on Instagram. Check out some videos from the show below!

The brand also played with proportions and volumes, creating optical illusions with the life of the models.
