The points for each recipe are progressive. First comes the syrup, ideal to serve hot, which arrives as soon as the brigadeiro is boiling. After a few minutes, you should already have the file cover point, which is what we want to cover the cake. It’s also great for eat with a spoon and also to cake by the pool.
What you need to observe is whether the sergeant is a little thicker. To do this, put some brigadeiro on the spoon and lift it over the pan. The candy should look like a ribbon when it’s at its ideal point, i.e. with a smooth and continuous fall, but not too runny.
The following points are creamy (for fillings and seasoning spots), which happens when you get to scrape the side of the pan; and the last one is furling brigadeiro, with which balls can be made. By the end, you should watch the sergeant get completely unstuck from the pan, okay?
