Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup (tea) + 2 tablespoons water
- 1 kg of minced meat
- 2 eggs
- 1 pack of onion cream
- 1 1/2 cups (tea) crumbled angel hair dough for breading
- Fry oil
Method of preparation:
- Moisten the bread slices with 1/2 cup of water (tea) and squeeze out all of the liquid
- Mash it in a bowl, add the meat, 1 egg, the onion soup and then mix with your hands until you get a homogeneous mixture
- Then shape the balls
- Lightly beat the remaining egg with 2 tablespoons of water and pass the balls
- Roll the dough into breadcrumbs and fry it, a little at a time, in hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain on absorbent paper and serve.
