According to Vanessa, a determining factor for hair to grow strong and healthy is to maintain periodic cuts. “Trimming it every six to eight weeks helps keep the ends healthy. Now, if you already have long locks, I recommend three to four months to avoid tangles and split ends,” indicates comedian Charlles Rekson’s wife.

With a million subscribers on her YouTube channel, Vanessa cites the importance of finding a shampoo that supports healthy hair growth, which is especially helpful for hair loss sufferers.
