Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups (tea) granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups (tea) granulated sugar
- 1 and 1/2 cups (tea) water
- 3 tablespoons of white vinegar
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup cornstarch (tea)
- 1/2 cup wheat flour (tea)
- 1/2 cup (tea) water
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 6 bananas
- Fry oil
Method of preparation:
- Cut the bananas into slices that are not too thick and set them aside.
- In a pan, heat the two types of sugar, the vinegar and 1 cup (tea) of water.
- Immediately after that, leave the syrup until it becomes glass or hard candy.
- In the planetary mixer, whip the egg whites until stiff, add the cornstarch, the flour, the remaining water and the yeast.
- Next, pass the banana in this batter and fry it in oil.
- Then pass in the syrup and put to cool on a tray greased with margarine.
- Serve after it’s hot.
