Ingredients:
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup (tea) of brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (tea)
- 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
- 2 cups wheat flour (tea)
- 1 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
- Butter and wheat flour for greasing
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
- Ground cinnamon for dusting
Roof:
- 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
- 2 tablespoons of corn starch
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 yolks
- 1 teaspoon (coffee) of vanilla essence
Method of preparation:
- Beat the eggs, butter, sugar, brown sugar, breadcrumbs and milk in a blender for 2 minutes.
- Immediately afterwards, transfer to a bowl, add the cinnamon, nutmeg, flour and baking soda and mix with a spoon.
- Then pour into a greased and floured 24cm diameter center hole and bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove and unmold after warm.
