Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup (tea) of brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (tea)
  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
  • 2 cups wheat flour (tea)
  • 1 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
  • Butter and wheat flour for greasing
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
  • Ground cinnamon for dusting

Roof:

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of corn starch
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 2 yolks
  • 1 teaspoon (coffee) of vanilla essence

Method of preparation:

  1. Beat the eggs, butter, sugar, brown sugar, breadcrumbs and milk in a blender for 2 minutes.
  2. Immediately afterwards, transfer to a bowl, add the cinnamon, nutmeg, flour and baking soda and mix with a spoon.
  3. Then pour into a greased and floured 24cm diameter center hole and bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Remove and unmold after warm.
