Strawberry pavé with dulce de leche

  • 2 boxes of Bis® milk chocolate
  • 1 cup (tea) of creamy dulce de leche
  • Strawberries to decorate

Stuffed with dulce de leche

  • 2 cups dulce de leche (creamy milk)
  • 1/2 box of cream (100g)

strawberry filling

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1/2 box of cream (100g)
  • 1 pot of natural yoghurt (170g)
  • 1 bag of strawberry juice powder
  • 4 tablespoons of powdered milk

Method of preparation

For the dulce de leche cream, in a bowl, mix the dulce de leche with the cream until smooth. Reserve. For the strawberry cream, beat all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Reserve. For the assembly, in medium refractory, make a layer with part of the Bis® and a layer with the dulce de leche cream. Lay the chopped Bis® on top and cover with a layer of strawberry cream. Place the creamy dulce de leche in a piping bag fitted with a pitanga nozzle and spread decoratively on the pavé. Finish with the strawberries and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

Passion fruit pavé with champagne biscuit

ingredients

  • 2 cups of milk (tea)
  • 3 gems
  • 2 cups sugar (tea)
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons of corn starch
  • 1 jar of cream (300 g)
  • 2 cans of concentrated passion fruit juice (use can of condensed milk to measure)
  • 300g or 2 packets of champagne biscuits
  • Passion fruit pulp to decorate

Method of preparation

In a skillet, over medium heat, combine half the milk, sugar, cornstarch and egg yolks, stirring until thickened. Remove from heat and wait for it to cool. In a bowl, mix the condensed milk with half the passion fruit juice and the cream. In another bowl, mix the remaining milk and juice and moisten the cookies. Reserve. In a medium refractory, alternate layers of biscuit, white cream, biscuit and passion fruit cream, finishing with passion fruit cream. Decorate with passion fruit pulp and refrigerate for 3 hours. Remove from the fridge and serve.

Pavê de Sonho de Valsa®

  • 500 g of minced filled bonbon
  • Whipped cream, filled bonbon and flakes of milk chocolate to decorate

Cream

  • 2 cups of milk (tea)
  • 1 cup condensed milk (tea)
  • 2 tablespoons of corn starch
  • 1/2 cup cream (milk)
  • 2 yolks

Roof

  • 150 g of melted milk chocolate
  • 1/2 cup cream (milk)

Method of preparation

For the cream, bring the condensed milk, milk, cornstarch and egg yolks over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Turn off, collect the milk cream and crumble it. For the glaze, mix the chocolate with the cream and set aside. To assemble, in a bowl, make layers of egg yolk cream and minced bonbons until all the ingredients are used up. Cover with the chocolate glaze and refrigerate for 2 hours. Unmold, decorate with whipped cream, chocolates and chocolate flakes. Serve immediately.

Cookies with chocolate chips

  • 1 pack of instant chocolate flavored pudding powder (50g)
  • 2 jars of cream
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • 6 tablespoons of powdered milk
  • 1 pack of chocolate chip cookies (180 g)
  • Broken chocolate chip cookies to decorate

Method of preparation

Blend the pudding, cream, powdered milk and cocoa in a blender until smooth. In a medium refractory, interlayer layers of coarsely chopped biscuit and chocolate cream, finishing with chocolate cream. Decorate with the biscuits and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

Ninho® milk pave with strawberry

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 cans of whey-free cold cream (300 g each)
  • 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 cup (tea) powdered milk type Ninho®
  • 170g or 1 pack of chocolate flavored cornstarch cookies (170g)
  • 100 g of butter at room temperature
  • 1 cup strawberries (chopped)
  • Strawberries and flakes of milk chocolate to decorate

Method of preparation

Mix the condensed milk, cream, butter and vanilla in a blender until smooth. Still beating, add the powdered milk, little by little, until smooth. Line the bottom of a square of refractory with biscuits and make a layer of powdered milk cream. Distribute the chopped strawberry, biscuit and cream. Decorate with strawberries, milk chocolate flakes and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
